Sámi people are indigenous of Sweden, Norway, Finland and Russia.

We are as diverse as any group.

In Sámi culture the dead are with us, we carry them with us through stories, yoik, and in our clothing, our gákti. They are in the landscape and visit us in our dreams. We feel them supporting us in the continuous work to keep our culture alive and well, in the fights for Eanan, the earth, our waters and lands.
